   3:30 pm Registration, Social Hour, General Session: Setting the Agenda
   4:30 pm Opening performance by Pacific Northwest ensembles and soloists
   5:30 pm Dinner
   *7:00 pm Audio Visual Tribute: Felix Skowronek, Pioneer of the Wooden Flute, presented by William McColl and members of the Soni Ventorum, Neil and Theo Nassar (free to the general public)
   8:00 pm Evening Double Concert: Brasilidade (21st, 20th and 19th-Century Brasilian Music) with flutist Danilo Mezzadri and pianist Jerrod Wendland, followed by Duozona with Chuck and Theresa Hulihan, performing new music for flute and guitar, written in part for Duozona.
   10:00 pm Cabaret: Versatile flutist Jim O'Halloran and the Jim O'Halloran Quintet draw from Jazz repertoire from the fifties to the present, touching now and then on European and sacred music as well as jazz, Brazilian, Cuban, salsa, and African, and bringing these sensibilities to their improvisation. Saturday June 17

   11:00 am Presentation: Flute Woods and Aspects of Wooden Flute Construction with Alexander Eppler

   *2:00 pm Presentation: The Wooden Flute in America with David and Nina Shorey
   3:00 pm Afternoon Double Concert: Flutist Lanny Pollet (Victoria, BC) performing the Cambini Wind Quintet No.1 and Villa Lobos, followed by New Music from the Heartland with flutist Tim Lane and pianist Namji Kim (Brechemin Auditorium.)
   4:30 pm Presentation: Orchestral Use of the Classical Flute with both early and Boehm-system flutes, with Janet See
   5:30 pm Dinner
   8:00 pm Evening Double Concert: Wisconsin Woodwind Quintet, followed by Klezmer Flute with flutist Adrianne Greenbaum and Alexander Eppler, cimbalom (download Klezmer/Quintet flyer)
   10:00 pm Cabaret: Jazz flutist Bradley Leighton(San Diego, a former student of Felix, will perform with the Tom McElroy Trio, a wide array of jazz and jazz fusion.  "Jamming" and impromptu sit-ins by conference participants will be encouraged. (University Towers Lounge)

   *2:00 pm Presentation: Historical Development & Orchestral Use of Wood Boehm-System Flutes with David and Nina Shorey
   3:00 pm Afternoon Double Concert: The Wood Flute: On the Cutting Edge through Six Centuries with Courtney Westcott, Kim Pineda and Jeffrey Cohan, performing selections on wooden flutes from the Renaissance through the 19th century, followed by The Multimedia Flute with flutist/composer Clifford Dunn
   4:30 pm Panel Discussion: The Wooden Flute: Past, Present and Future, moderated by David Shorey
  5:30 pm Dinner
   8:00 pm Felix Skowronek Memorial and Concert: Featured performers will include Arthur Grossman, Tim Lane, Duozono, Clifford Dunn, Martin Lund, Danilo Mezzadri, Lanny Pollet, Adrianne Greenbaum, Alexander Eppler and a special selection to be performed by all conference participants and the UW Flute Choir. A reception will follow. Free admission. Donations to the Felix Skowronek Endowed Memorial Flute Award will be gratefully accepted.
